Classic Boards

Small Board - $65

Served on a 15x10 inch, disposable bamboo platter with utensils. Prepared with 3 cheeses, 2 meats, and an assortment of crackers, chocolate covered pretzels, fruit and honey. Serves 4-6 people.

Medium Board - $90

Served on a 17x12 inch, disposable bamboo platter with utensils. Prepared with 4 cheeses, 2 meats, an assortment of crackers, chocolate covered pretzels, fruit and honey. Serves 8-10 people.

Large Board - $140

Served on a 22x12 inch, disposable bamboo platter with utensils. Prepared with 4 cheeses, 3 meats, an assortment of crackers, chocolate covered pretzels, and fruit, yogurt, honey, veggies and ranch OR hummus dip. Serves 10-14 people.

The Southern Spread

Designed for larger gatherings, celebrations, or corporate events, our tailored grazing tables are a tasty, affordable, and visually stunning option that will provide variety and leave your guests in awe. Each board is uniquely created incorporating an abundance of height, textures, layers through tiers and boxes. Starting prices are listed below and are subject to change for customization.

  • 3 ft table runner graze - $525 (Serves up to 15)

  • 4 ft table runner graze - $680 (serves up to 25)

  • 6 ft table runner graze - $960 (Serves up to 35)

  • 6 ft full table - $1,330 (Serves up to 75)

  • 8 ft full table - $1,900 (Serves up to 100)

  • 12 ft full table - $2,550 (Serves up to 200)

  • Additional square footage - $90 per square foot

  • Elevate your grazing table with these additional items -

The Welcome Wagon Charcuterie Cart

The Welcome Wagon is Southern Social’s signature charcuterie cart—designed to greet guests with warmth, style, and a beautifully curated spread. Inspired by classic Southern hospitality, this mobile display rolls into your event ready to serve thoughtfully selected cheeses, cured meats, fresh accompaniments, and seasonal bites.

Perfect for cocktail hours, weddings, showers, corporate gatherings, and community events, The Welcome Wagon creates an inviting focal point where guests naturally gather, mingle, and snack. It’s more than a cart—it’s the first hello, the easy conversation starter, and the moment that sets the tone for the celebration.

Base rate of $150 for a minimum of 2 hours and $75 for each additional hour. There is a 20-board minimum. Additional guest fees apply as follows:

Mini Charcuterie Cups - $10 per person

Preselected cheeses accompanied with crackers, chocolate covered pretzels, fig jelly and fruit. Guests choose from following:

  • Choice 1 - pickles or olives (choose 1)

  • Choice 2 - salami or pepperoni (choose 1)

Mini Charcuterie Boards - $12 per person

Guests create their own individualized charcuterie board from the following options, each complete with complementary crackers, chocolate covered pretzels and fruit.

  • Choice 1 - pickles or olives (choose 1)

  • Choice 2 - yogurt or jelly (choose 1)

  • Choice 3 - salami or pepperoni (choose 1)

  • Choice 4 - infused truffle, brie or manchego (choose 1)

  • Choice 5 - gouda, pepper jack or cheddar (choose 2)

Snack Boxes and Charcuterie Cups - Bulk

Also known as an adult lunchable, our snack boxes and charcuterie cups are the perfect treat for your employees, friends or teachers! All items in snack boxes and charcuterie cups are preselected by Southern Spreads. Some items are seasonal and requests may or may not be met.

  • Snack Box - $15 each with a minimum of 10 boxes, or $13 each for 20+.

  • Charcuterie Cups - $12 each with a minimum of 12 cups, or $10 each for 20+.
